Abstract
The Kemahang granite is suggested to be a high level emplacement considering MacDonald‘s (1967) data and new evidence from the Sungai Kusial area. The fabric of the granite on the western side of the body is interpreted to be due to major faulting or crush zone which developed after emplacement and solidification. The high level emplacement suggestion conforms well with the geology of north Kelantan.
