Abstract

The identification of the snake collections revealed 34 species belonging to 28 genus from 6 families. The recovery of the Leonard's Pipe Snake (Anomochilus Leonardi) constitutes the fourth specimen and new locality record in addition to two other new locality records of the Blind Snake (Typhlops diardi muelleri) and the Mountain Pit Viper (Trimeresurus monticola). With a few species which were uncommon, most of the other species examined were common and widely spread.
